Job Summary
Senior Project Analyst at UPS Roermond supporting IT and operations within the UPS SCS SPL department. Responsibilities include managing multiple operational, WMS and financial-driven project initiatives; developing innovative solutions from UPS and customer requests to improve outcomes and customer experience; analyzing commercial, operational, and financial implications of proposed initiatives; preparing, testing, implementing, and monitoring changes; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across operations, IT, finance, customer care, and program management to ensure alignment and drive effective change. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years of logistics project-management experience; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with WMS and Smartsheet; and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management)
- Experience: at least 2 years of work experience in supply chain logistics including project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of WMS and Smartsheet
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
