Senior Project Accountant

Senior Project Accountant leading development/construction project accounting for Rockhill’s D&C portfolio. Responsibilities include serving as the accounting lead for all development/construction projects, establishing and enforcing project accounting controls, importing budgets into Procore, assisting VPs with budgets and cash flow forecasting, tracking budgets, commitments, invoices, and costs, processing lender draws with supporting documentation, reviewing contractor or vendor invoices and change orders, coordinating approvals with D&C leadership and accounting teams, maintaining communication with lenders, preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and cash flow projections, and leveraging Procore and MRI for construction accounting; requires collaboration with the D&C Executive VP to update WIP reports and ensure financial stability across projects.
