Job Summary
Senior Programmer Analyst to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications and systems. Provide technical support and training to end users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance. Ensure data integrity, reliability, and system security. Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis
- Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
- Experience with modern Windows-based and web-based application development such as C#, .NET, and Python
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
