Job Summary
Senior Programmatic Specialist responsible for building, trafficking, QA, and optimizing campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, and native—primarily in The Trade Desk—while collaborating with strategy, client engagement, and measurement teams to maintain performance. Own day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, testing (audience, creative, deal, channel, bidding strategy), and cross-functional coordination to deliver client KPIs (CPA, ROAS, VCR, CPV, CTR, viewability). Maintain brand safety and inventory quality standards, document setup decisions, and contribute to internal playbooks and training. Requires hands-on programmatic trading experience and strong DSP proficiency; capable of managing multiple campaigns and clients with clear, non-jargony communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on programmatic trading experience at an agency, brand, DSP, or trading desk
- Strong working expertise in The Trade Desk - building, optimizing, and reporting independently
- Exposure to at least one additional DSP
- Generalist channel experience across display, video, CTV, audio, and native
- Solid measurement fluency: pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, viewability
- Comfort with PMPs, deal IDs, and the basics of the supply ecosystem (ads.txt/sellers.json, SPO, MFA, brand safety)
- Strong organizational instincts to manage multiple campaigns and clients in parallel without dropping QA
- Clear, low-drama communication skills to explain campaign status to strategists, clients, or teammates
- Bias toward ownership and curiosity toward managing a book of business
