Job Summary
Develop and execute employee communications strategies aligned with department priorities, including onboarding, town halls, and engagement activities. Manage content for department resources and coordinate logistics for leadership meetings while liaising with vendors and partners. Prepare and distribute all-department emails and newsletters, partnering with internal communications teams to ensure effective message delivery across channels. Track post-event survey results to monitor progress and inform future initiatives. Collaborate with Brand & Communication functions to support enterprise business initiatives and identify new publishing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience OR Masters Degree with 4 years experience
- Respective years of relevant experience and proven history of success in managing employee communications initiatives which protect corporate reputation, citizenship, crisis planning, and company values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of emerging communication trends and technologies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate company and team needs
- 4+ years of experience and proven track record of success in managing employee communications initiatives which protect corporate reputation, citizenship, crisis planning, and company values
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare/bio-pharma industry a plus
