Job Summary
Senior Program Scheduler leads the Integrated Master Schedule strategy for Defense Sector programs, partnering with program managers and technical staff to influence decision-making and optimize performance. Responsibilities include shaping program strategies through scheduling best practices, building and maintaining IMS compliant with EIA-748, leading Schedule Risk Assessments to quantify risk and create mitigation, presenting schedule insights to senior stakeholders, implementing scheduling rhythms and controls, and developing scheduling artifacts to meet contractual requirements. Requires advanced MS Project and EVM knowledge, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and U.S. citizenship. Strong collaboration across IPTs and leadership to align execution with program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree or Masters with 6-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Recognized expertise in programmatic scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Proven success leading schedule management on large, complex programs
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Project
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Strong command of advanced scheduling practices including Schedule status processes, Resource Loaded Networks, Cost and schedule integration
- Knowledge of 14-Point Analysis and schedule health assessments
- Experience with Monte Carlo simulations and risk modeling
- Experience interfacing with program leadership and customers to present schedule insights
