Job Summary

Conduct workforce development and planning for WellMob's digital mental health initiative by collaborating with project leads, academic staff, and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks while coordinating activities, resources, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. Monitor project progress, risks, and governance requirements to support successful outcomes, preparing reports, business cases, and recommendations for decision-makers. Oversee project budgets, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) is fixed-term until June 2028 with a base salary of $117,133.00 (Pro Rata) plus 17% superannuation, located at the University Centre for Rural Health in Lismore.

Required Qualifications

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity
  • Understanding of and respect for the diverse cultures, histories and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Demonstrated experience as a health or wellbeing practitioner (GP, AOD, mental health nurse, psychologist, social worker, SEWB worker, youth worker) or Aboriginal Health Worker in Aboriginal health/ mental health setting
  • Significant experience in project management, program coordination or project delivery
  • Experience developing project plans, monitoring milestones and coordinating competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
  • Experience monitoring project budgets, expenditure and financial performance
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and professional experience
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment or background checks required for the role
  • Satisfactory maintenance of all relevant clearances and background check requirements
