Senior Program Project Control Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Program Project Control Analyst responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities (EACs, forecasting, AOP, status reports), trend and variance reporting, backup documentation for customer invoices, and analysis of forecast vs actuals. Supports invoicing review, funding allocation accuracy across CLIN/SLIN/ACRN, procurement and accruals, interacts with customers and internal stakeholders on contracts, subcontracts, and pricing, tracks project cost/schedule/technical performance, maintains program plans and schedules aligned with PWS/WBS, and manages Unanet procurement workflow. Develops reports on commitments, obligations, liquidations, travel, salaries, and workload indicators; ensures milestone and accomplishment criteria are met and coordinates with program management. Requires TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of defense-industry experience in project control/financial analysis, and PMP or CSM certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Onsite requirement: 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in project control or financial analysis in the defense industry
- Strong understanding of government contracting procedures and regulations
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience with pricing
- PMP or CSM certification required, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Must be onsite 3 days a week
- TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
