Job Summary
Oversee the Wellness Center program for adults by monitoring service quality against contract, funder, and agency standards. Provide administrative supervision for direct practice case managers and interns, including clinical supervision of Master's level staff and field instruction for student interns. Function as an intake coordinator for community members while participating in crisis management to initiate 5150 involuntary psychiatric holds. Manage administrative aspects of the Department of Mental Health contracted OCS program, including billing and contract maximization, and complete required reporting to funders. Ensure all staff documentation and data collection are accurate and current, while providing performance evaluations and assisting in recruitment and training. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to prepare for audits and represent the agency at funding partner meetings. Maintain knowledge of community resources to support clients and ensure adherence to all performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field of study from an accredited university
- Valid registration and licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Must have at least 1000 clinical hours accrued towards licensure
- LPS Designated to participate in crisis management team to initiate 5150 involuntary psychiatric holds for FSP Clients
- Willingness to supervise program student interns as a Field Instructor and/or provide individual or group supervision to Masters-Level Staff
- Outstanding clinical review skills
- Strong training, project management, and team-building skills
- Able to behave with sensitivity, tact, politeness and responsiveness with staff and clients
- Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and computer skills
- Knowledge of trauma informed services, housing first and harm reduction methodologies
- Experience providing administrative and clinical supervision
- Experience working with people living with mental illness and/or substance abuse
- Contract and quality assurance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications
- Current, valid California Driver's with an acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle
