Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for the Water Efficiency and Reuse focus area responsible for leading complex, multi-year projects and overseeing a portfolio of related efforts. Roles include translating strategic vision into actionable project plans, developing and managing workflows and timelines, and delivering high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations. Requires deep technical expertise in water efficiency and reuse analysis and policy, with the ability to translate technical information into practical solutions for utilities, communities, agencies, and large water users. Will manage budgets and teams, secure funding, drive quality assurance, identify innovative approaches, engage external partners, and communicate results to diverse audiences. Strong leadership, fundraising, and stakeholder-management capabilities are required; proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau) and excellent writing and presentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience advancing water efficiency, reuse, or closely related areas OR an advanced degree in environmental or sustainability sciences, civil or environmental engineering, water resources, environmental economics, hydrology, or a closely related field with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
