Senior Program Manager - Universal Inventory - Network Automation

Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for Universal Inventory to drive vision, roadmap, and execution across engineering, data, and AI/ML teams; establish data governance standards and quality frameworks to ensure inventory accuracy and accessibility; manage a $40-50M program enabling automation and AI across TELUS; partner with VPs/CIO/CTO and business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions; orchestrate cross-functional delivery, track milestones, and report to executives; oversee budget, resource allocation, and risk management; focus on cross-team collaboration, data integration, and generating measurable operational improvements like reduced MTTR and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in telecom, IT, or network operations environments
- Deep understanding of telecom network systems, data flows, and operational complexity (RAN, core network, inventory systems, OSS/BSS)
- Strong understanding of network data modeling, APIs, and data pipelines
- Advanced influence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills—comfortable presenting to executives and steering committees
