Senior Program Manager - Ultrasound Probes

Job Summary
Lead complex, cross-functional programs across the Ultrasound Probes organization, including NPIs, portfolio priorities, and strategic deployment activities. Translate business priorities into clear program plans with defined scope, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and decision points. Manage multiple workstreams and swimlanes, ensuring strong execution discipline, timely escalation, and clear accountability. Establish and maintain program governance, dashboards, operating rhythms, and leadership review mechanisms. Partner with segment leaders and Product Managers to align execution with portfolio strategy, customer needs, and product roadmaps. Serve as a key integrator across R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, and regional teams to influence without direct authority in a global matrix environment. Support deployment of Hoshin Kanri priorities and embed the HeartBeat operating principle into program execution. Identify program risks, interdependencies, and execution barriers, leading mitigation planning and countermeasure execution. Ensure programs align with quality, regulatory, and product development requirements. Provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership and develop program dashboards, milestone reviews, and risk summaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline
- Significant experience in program management, project management, operations, product development, or business execution in a medical device, healthcare technology, life sciences, or similarly regulated industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional, multi-site programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong operational skillset, including program governance, milestone management, risk management, escalation, prioritization, and execution tracking
- Experience working across functions such as R&D, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and Commercial/Regional teams
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority in a global matrix organization
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience in Product Management)
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Product Management)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, or equivalent experience
- Program management certification or training such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent
- Experience with medical device product development, design controls, design transfer, regulatory submissions, manufacturing readiness, or post-market support
- Experience with ultrasound, imaging systems, probes, transducers, or related healthcare technologies
- Experience with Hoshin Kanri, strategy deployment, operating rhythms, Lean management, or enterprise transformation
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum in complex environments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
