Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for a 6-month contract to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a global enterprise, focusing on workforce planning and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex, global enterprises—preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to influence and execute within matrixed organizations, collaborating effectively with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep expertise in program management fundamentals, including governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and change management.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a demonstrated history of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with workforce planning tools and processes, such as Anaplan, Payroll, or Workday.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Program or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent).
