Job Summary
Lead enterprise talent development programs, define goals and success metrics, and drive cross-functional execution for manager and leader development. Design scalable learning experiences, translate business needs into targeted development solutions, and partner with senior leaders to shape impactful interventions. Create high-quality learning content (e-learning, workshops, job aids, blended programs), facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, apply adult learning principles, and ensure a consistent learner experience. Define and track program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, build repeatable frameworks and resources for managers at all levels, and deliver reporting to inform leadership decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or related field
- 5+ years leading complex programs or initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, facilitation, and learning program execution
- Experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive decisions
