Job Summary
Senior Program Manager, Talent & Culture responsible for leading and scaling Learning & Development and Global Belonging/ERG initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Owns onboarding strategy, facilitator-led programs (including global new-hire orientations), ERG governance, flagship events, budget and platform management, and strategic communications. Drives data-informed improvements to learning experiences, collaborates with IT/legal/compliance and People Operations, and partners with leaders to activate and onboard new hires, expand global onboarding, and advance culture programs using human-centered design and modern work methods. Requires strong facilitation, cross-functional influence, agile mindset, and experience delivering in live, virtual, and hybrid formats; preferred advanced instructional design credentials and tools (e-learning, Captivate, Articulate 360, SCORM/AICC). The base salary range is 99,000 - 166,100 USD, with potential bonus/equity/benefits; PagerDuty offers hybrid work across multiple global offices and location-based eligibility for roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Communications
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale L&D and/or culture programs
- 5+ years of program management experience within a People/HR function
- Strong knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies, Organizational Development practices, and measurement strategies
