Job Summary
Create and run program plans to deliver projects on time while using Agile methods to guide teams and improve delivery. Track progress, spot risks, and take action to protect timelines by working with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and key outcomes. Guide and coach project managers and teams to reach milestones through project reviews and status reporting to senior leaders. Build a culture of ownership, openness, and teamwork while ensuring quality, best practices, and compliance in all work. Review and refine project processes to improve efficiency within a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in program management and complex project delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams
- Strong communication skills with comfort at all stakeholder levels
- Good strategic and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in project tools for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Able to manage many tasks in a fast-moving environment
