Job Summary
Senior-level program management for SIGINT programs totaling ~ $20M annually. Lead planning, execution, financial management, and reporting across the portfolio; manage full product life cycle from concept through sustainment; serve as primary customer interface for programmatic and technical matters; coordinate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and mission assurance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; lead proposals with technical solutions, cost estimates, and schedules; drive continuous improvement and execution discipline; mentor junior PMs; may travel up to 25%; onsite role at designated U.S. sites (San Jose, Dulles, West Valley City, Anaheim Hills, Annapolis Junction); requires TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and STEM degree.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- 10+ years of experience managing defense, intelligence, or aerospace programs
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience with hardware, software, and system integration elements
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience with government acquisition and technical counterparts
- Demonstrated financial acumen including EVMS, baselining, and forecasting
- Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
