Job Summary
Execute large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, cloud, and AI, translating corporate strategy into coordinated, measurable outcomes. Lead concurrent projects to deliver program objectives while coordinating execution with program managers across cloud, database, interoperability, HealthShare, and AI-enabled systems. Orchestrate work across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and operations to serve as the integration point for dependencies, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor program performance against established KPIs, manage risks and issues, and enforce accountability to improve operational effectiveness. Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority to align scope, priorities, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong fundamentals in planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management
- Experience managing performance to KPIs and driving accountability
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications

- PMP or equivalent certification
