Job Summary
Senior Program Manager will work on-site at the U.S. Army Geospatial Center in Alexandria, VA and lead a 40+ personnel team supporting the PdM TENCAP staff under the contract scope. Responsibilities include identifying requirements and solutions with PdM TENCAP leadership, analyzing program requirements and priorities, allocating personnel and resources to meet tasks and deliverables, and serving as Senior Analyst/Subject Matter Expert. Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance, 15 years of DoD/IC program management experience (with 8+ years in acquisition PM leading diverse teams), and a Master’s Degree in a related field (with DAU Level III PM or PMP certification recommended). Location is on-site in Alexandria, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
- Minimum of 15 years of project management experience on DoD or IC programs/projects
- At least 8 years in the DoD/IC in an acquisition project management role leading integrated teams
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or 12 years work experience may substitute for Master’s); Doctoral or other certifications recommended: DAU Level III PM or PMP
