The DNA Group is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the Health and Human Services sector. This fully remote, 12-month contract position emphasizes planning, management, and effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- ITIL Certification
- 16 years of experience in Health and Human Services
- 10 years in developing mid- to long-range implementation plans
- 10 years in project management/change management
- 10 years in project management tools
- 10 years in SDLC of IT and healthcare projects
- 10 years in business process flows
- 10 years in requirements gathering
- 6 years in stakeholder management
- 5 years knowledge of DC Health and Human Services programs and policies
- 16 years in leadership roles in enterprise environments
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
