Job Summary
Senior Advanced Services Program Manager leads the CX engagement program across global operations, orchestrating end-to-end strategy, content, and execution for marquee programs (e.g., All Hands, leadership forums, recognition initiatives) and translating complex field feedback (CSAT/NPS) into actionable data trends and corrective actions. You will author and manage high-impact internal communications, scale the CX knowledge ecosystem, project-manage critical workflows, and modernize the CX HUB to serve as the definitive source of truth for global teams. The role requires 10+ years of global, customer-facing PM experience in storage/cloud or data-center modernization, PMP certification, strong cross-functional leadership, strategic communication and change management, analytical problem-solving, and expertise in digital collaboration tools. Work location is primarily in-office at the North Carolina office, with in-person expectations aligned to Everpure policies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years project/program management experience in global, external customer-facing environments
- PMP Certification required
- Cross-functional program mastery with experience leading large-scale program management and internal communications
- Strategic written communications and change management skills
- Analytical data analysis skills, translating field feedback into operational plans
- Digital workplace optimization and collaboration tooling (e.g., Google Docs)
- Strong ability to align diverse groups around a single objective
