Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns for various Programs within Middle Markets while assisting with Dashboard completion and Game Plan updates. Support the Underwriting and product development process by executing referrals from Program Administrators and undertaking project work as necessary. Participate in underwriting, sales, and claims meetings to drive portfolio management skills. This Senior Program Manager role is based in Chicago, Schaumburg, Omaha, or Atlanta with a hybrid or fully remote option. Zurich North America, a leader in risk management with over 150 years of expertise, seeks a candidate with 7+ years in Underwriting or 14+ years in Claims/Underwriting Support to join the Programs team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 7 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 14 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice
- Associate Degree
- 5 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice
- Associate Degree
- 12 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting Support
