Senior Program Manager, Product Development & Commercialization

Job Summary
Senior Program Manager leads complex cross-functional product development and commercialization programs from concept through launch. Partners with R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive governance, phase-gate processes, and standardized reporting. Develops and trains teams on development processes, ensures adoption of standard work (requirements management, design reviews, verification, validation), and drives continuous improvement. Leads change initiatives, champions data-driven decision-making, and enables digital/AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and decision quality. Requires advanced degree with extensive program-management experience or a bachelor's with substantial experience; strong leadership, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder-management skills; familiarity with Agile/Stage-Gate methodologies; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in program management within complex technical environments.
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related technical field preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in life sciences, semiconductors, or a similarly regulated technology industry.
- Demonstrated history of delivering programs on schedule and within budget.
- Experience working with global, geographically dispersed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
