Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through successful completion by partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders. Manage multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, driving continuous process improvements across the organization. Execute executive stakeholder communication and project governance within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments. Requires 7+ years of program or project management experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead role, with a Bachelor's degree. 12+ month contract duration with preference for Central or Eastern Time Zone candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of Program or Project Management experience
- Minimum 3 years in a Senior or Lead Program Management role
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Strongly Preferred
- PgMP (Program Management Professional)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- SAFe Certification
