Job Summary
Senior Program Manager, People Programs & AI responsible for leading cross-functional HR transformation initiatives and AI-enabled process optimization across HR functions. Develop plans, governance, risk mitigation, and success metrics; coordinate stakeholders; monitor progress and drive issue resolution. Facilitate governance forums and executive updates; support change management; document and standardize processes. Assess HR workflows for automation and AI adoption; map current/future-state processes; research AI tools; design, test, and adopt AI-enabled solutions; measure impact on efficiency and employee experience. Build partnerships across HR functions, influence without direct authority, translate complex concepts into actionable plans, and balance competing priorities for strategic business value. Occasional travel required. Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills; experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment; understanding of AI applications in HR and people operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, or related people-focused functions
- 6–10+ years of experience in program management, HR transformation, consulting, business operations, HR operations, or related fields
- Strong understanding of how generative AI and emerging technologies can be applied to improve employee, manager, and HR team experiences
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, governance, and risk management
- Experience driving process improvement and organizational change initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
