Job Summary
Lead complex, cross-functional HR technology programs, translating strategic vision into executable roadmaps. Act as the bridge between business and technology, working with leaders across People Experience (PEx), HR, and IT. Drive service initiatives like the ServiceNow Roadmap, managing stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation. Establish governance and reporting frameworks for informed decision-making and alignment on goals. Build scalable technology foundations to enhance crew experiences and support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of program management experience, with a focus on developing and implementing HR technology transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning to completion in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Deep functional expertise in HR technology, operations, and systems (such as ServiceNow or Workday), including implementations, data, and analytics
- A proven track record of influencing and communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and report on program status and risks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with implementing AI or automation solutions within an HR or People Operations context
- Formal certification or significant experience in change management methodologies
- Familiarity with a broad range of HR, People, or Talent programs and processes
