Job Summary
Develop program strategies that align with the company's business goals and oversee a team of project managers to ensure effective delegation and execution. Design long-term goals for project performance, manage program budgets by tracking expenses and forecasting requirements, and conduct cost-benefit analysis including risk assessment for resource allocation. Act as the primary contact for program stakeholders, facilitating meetings and delivering detailed reports on progress and issues to executive leadership. Promote professional development through coaching, performance management, and training opportunities while implementing continuous improvement practices. Work three days per week in an office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a related industry
- Experience in strategic planning and business analysis
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Basecamp)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Expertise in industry-specific tools and technologies related to project and program management
- Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Work Environment This job operates in an office environment 3 days per week
