Job Summary
Senior Program Manager, NVIDIA Research to lead complex, cross-organization programs from planning through delivery, coordinating contributions across Research, Engineering, Legal, and Finance. Responsible for governance, visibility, and delivery of graduate fellow and faculty fellow initiatives; tracking research invention submissions and evaluations; assembling and publishing internal Research newsletters; and planning internal conferences and events. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 8+ years in technology-program management, and strong cross-functional leadership, governance, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities. Base salary ranges from 136,000 USD to 218,500 USD, with equity and benefits; location-focused postings indicate on-site in Santa Clara, CA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of program management or related experience in a technology environment
- Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong experience with program governance, risk management, milestone planning, and executive reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough familiarity with modern communication tools including Microsoft Office, Slack, Confluence
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce, GitLab, and GitHub
- Experience with intellectual property management systems such as Anaqua
- Experience with AI tools for automating information management workflows
- Background supporting research or advanced development operations
