Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for M&A Operations responsible for building and leading cross-functional integration programs from scratch to enable GTM and operational readiness for acquisitions or incubations. Own scope, plans, and communications; align workstreams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; influence stakeholders without direct authority; manage multiple projects, monitor progress, analyze trends, and mitigate risks; apply change management principles and contribute to the M&A operational playbook. Requires strong program management discipline, GTM operations knowledge, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with structured thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, GTM operations, strategy consulting, or M&A integration in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong program management discipline
- Building and managing programs from scratch
- Assembling workstreams and driving end-to-end delivery
- Strong understanding of Sales or Revenue Operations in a SaaS company
- Go-To-Market functions including sales planning, marketing programs, and customer success workflows
- Excellent stakeholder communication across audiences and levels
- Experience using data to evaluate program performance and support decision-making
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Kanban
- Familiarity with contract or acquisition integration programs
