Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for New Product Introduction (NPI) leading hardware prototyping through pilot manufacturing in the switching/networking domain. Responsible for end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional collaboration across geographies, design transfer readiness, and robust program documentation. Drives early hardware prototyping, transition to scalable manufacturing, risk management, status reporting to stakeholders, and continuous improvement of program management practices.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of program management experience in the NPI space, preferably in switching and networking domains
- Proven end-to-end program management across all project phases
- Experience coordinating globally distributed teams
- Proven track record from prototyping through pilot manufacturing
- Strong understanding of hardware design, development processes, and manufacturing fundamentals
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Collaborative leadership and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
