Job Summary
Senior Program Manager responsible for partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape strategic priorities and ensure execution across the index business. Lead investment governance and strategic planning, contribute to the global product roadmap, evaluate growth opportunities, and translate ideas into actionable delivery plans with clear KPIs. Provide operational delivery oversight within Scrum teams, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and drive process improvements. Build streamlined reporting for governance forums, leverage automation and data visualization, and oversee large enterprise-wide transformation programmes with experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments. Proficiency with financial data, Jira, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and navigate multi-functional, geographically dispersed teams. The role includes a base salary range of $147,700 - $246,100, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
