Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing the hiring and interviewing process for residential houses, supervising and mentoring House Managers, overseeing budgets and employee work schedules, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Key tasks include managing employee performance, resolving disciplinary issues, and conducting site visits to evaluate program implementation. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to engage productively with staff and residents. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, and significant experience in residential supervision and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- At least two years of residential supervisory experience
- Minimum of three years of professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must have a valid MD driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must pass the physical and academic portions of the behavior support and intervention training
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the CIMS Data Management System
- Experience working with developmental disabilities
