Job Summary
Senior Program Manager to lead automotive connectors and fuse box development projects from development through serial production at Lear’s Brno, Czechia or Tangier, Morocco development centers. Responsibilities include creating and managing project plans (timing, budget, technical scope), overseeing execution of financial and technical targets, coordinating cross-functional teams, acting as main customer contact, delivering customer presentations, leading project teams, and reporting status to management while managing programs per Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy). Required: university degree in technical or economics field, 3+ years PM experience in automotive, MS Office/MS Project proficiency, fluent English (German a plus), and a valid Category B driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- University degree in technical or economics field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
