Job Summary
Senior Program Manager role overseeing a Foreign Military Sales Logistics Sustainment Services contract for NAVAIR, reporting to ITC leadership and the USG Customer. Direct accountability for program execution across multiple task orders, including management of Project Officers, PMO personnel, dispersed staff, and subcontractors. Acts as primary technical point of contact with Government stakeholders (Contracting Officer, COR, etc.), leads daily program reviews to ensure milestone achievement, quality deliverables, risk management, and cost control. Responsible for developing mitigation plans, tracking program metrics, overseeing budgets and burn rates, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR/DCMA, coordinating proposals and business development efforts, and guiding vendor/subcontractor performance. Requires active Secret clearance, senior-level program management experience in DoD/FMS contexts, and advanced degree (Master’s preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- 10+ years of experience and a Master’s Degree or 14+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in FMS, logistics, program management, or related acquisition/analysis disciplines
- Progressive DoD program management experience
- NAVAIR or Navy/government experience preferred
- FAR/DFARS/DCMA/DCBA knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
