Job Summary
Lead cross-functional IPT to plan and execute design, development, test, verification, production, and launch activities for the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage (ICPS); manage baselines, apply Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS), define metrics, and monitor cost/schedule; identify and mitigate risks and opportunities with financially grounded impacts, establish operating rhythm, implement process improvements to drive execution, participate in staffing and hiring, support proposal development and major subcontractor delivery, and report status to leadership for a NASA/DoD program environment (SLS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead)
