Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager – HR (Workday) will act as an internal consultant to HR stakeholders and will lead various Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Time. The role requires analyzing, designing, and maintaining system configuration for Workday, including reporting, business process customization, and data audits. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Key skills include proficiency in Software as a Service (SaaS) design, configuration, and testing within Workday. A minimum of 8 years of experience and 5 years in Workday is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of overall experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience
- Preferably 2+ years of implementation experience in Workday
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Kainos Smart Watch Test capability
