Job Summary
Coordinate and integrate insights with Medical Affairs Leads to inform global product strategy for Rare Disease and General Medicine portfolios, including Dazodalibep and olpasiran. Drive the Medical Plan process, track progress, and ensure alignment across global, regional, and local teams while identifying metrics, risks, and resource gaps. Facilitate resolution of complex issues, manage project interdependencies, and support continuous improvement of planning and governance using emerging technologies like AI. Maintain integrated plans, document decisions, and communicate adherence to timelines to Medical Affairs leadership. Work in a complex matrix environment with Pacific Time overlap, applying standard methodologies to reinforce cross-functional accountability and operational excellence.

- 4 years of Project Management experience

- Availability generally from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program-management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another complex, regulated environment
- 8+ years of industry experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare fields
- Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, Finance, Scientific Communications, or cross-functional product teams
- Experience supporting Rare Disease, General Medicine, specialty, or other complex therapeutic-area portfolios
- Experience in a role requiring broad communication across multiple groups, levels, and interest groups, with responsibility for influencing change and results
- Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and leadership levels without direct authority
- Experience tracking risks to project completion, including prioritizing, managing resolution, and communicating partner concerns
- Comfort working through ambiguity and helping create structure when priorities, ownership, or next steps are still evolving
- Experience with integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource planning, financial planning, capacity assessments, and executive-level communication
- Experience tracking projects in Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, or electronic dashboard and reporting tools
- Technical fluency with SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, and dashboard/reporting tools
- Experience with and curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a demonstrated interest in advancing practical solutions to business challenges
