Job Summary

Senior Program Manager – Global Affairs Operations with a Fortune 50 technology leader client sought to own end-to-end program management, financial operations, and AI-transformation initiatives. Drive PO/SOW administration, budgeting and forecast accuracy, vendor onboarding and management, and executive-ready reporting across global cross-functional workstreams. Lead governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies; develop dashboards and operational trackers; enable data-driven decision making; coordinate with senior leaders, regional teams, and external vendors; support AI-related programs (Copilot, AI Accelerator, and agent workstreams); maintain documentation and SharePoint resources; and deliver scalable operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Qualifications emphasize 8–10+ years in program management, 5+ years in financial operations/procurement/vendor management, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; AI transformation experience highly desirable. Estimated start date: immediately; Location: Seattle area candidates (remote with potential Redmond campus time) with W2 contract opportunity and hourly rate $36–$41/hour.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of program management, project management, PMO, or business operations experience
  • 5+ years of financial operations, procurement, vendor management, or budget administration experience
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting PO, SOW, invoicing, forecasting, budget tracking, and financial compliance processes
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and related collaboration platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Experience supporting AI, innovation, transformation, or Copilot-related initiatives is highly desirable
  • Internal communications, content development, newsletter creation, or knowledge management experience is a plus
