Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for Global Affairs Operations responsible for end-to-end PO and SOW administration, budget tracking and forecasting, vendor onboarding, and executive reporting across multiple projects and vendors. Leads AI-focused initiatives (e.g., Copilot, AI Accelerator, and agent-related programs), develops integrated project plans, tracks milestones and risks, and drives governance and performance improvements. Serves as central coordination point across HQ teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors, delivering operational dashboards, status reporting, and documentation while supporting intake, prioritization, and governance of innovation and transformation workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of program management, PMO, or business operations experience
- 5+ years of financial operations, procurement, vendor management, or budget administration experience
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting PO, SOW, invoicing, forecasting, budget tracking, and financial compliance processes
- Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and execution skills
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-level presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and related collaboration platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Experience supporting AI, innovation, transformation, or Copilot-related initiatives is highly desirable
