Job Summary
Lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive program/product, subcontractor, and material plans to achieve long-term objectives. Establish integrated work breakdown structure-based budget and schedule baselines, including management reserves for advanced development programs with significant scope variability. Monitor work accomplishment against baseline plans to ensure sufficient rate of work completion, develop corrective actions, and communicate impacts to program teams. Balance risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets while managing resources for projects. Requires Top Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
