Job Summary
Lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive program, subcontractor, and material plans to achieve long-term objectives for advanced development programs. Establish integrated work breakdown structure-based budget and schedule baselines, including management reserves, and monitor work completion against baselines to ensure sufficient rate of work. Develop corrective actions when necessary and communicate impacts to program teams while balancing risks, opportunities, and executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets. Identify needed resources and assign major program roles to support projects utilizing AI, Blockchain, and other advanced technologies across cyber, RF, and undersea domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
