Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of strategic programs across the Finance & Accounting organization from intake through hypercare, owning program strategy, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, production deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization. Drive programs end-to-end using a mix of predictive and agile methodologies to achieve mission objectives. Design and implement reporting and governance frameworks to communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership. Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, managing competing priorities and holding program accountability across teams that don't report to you. Identify gaps in PMO methodology, tooling, and documentation and build scalable solutions to mature the function. Operate with autonomy to turn ambiguous mandates into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes, leveraging Jira and Confluence for visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project / program management
- significant time spent in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs
- environments where requirements evolve

- Deep familiarity with financial systems

- Hands-on experience leveraging Jira as the primary program management platform
