Job Summary
Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Program Management leads end-to-end execution of Enterprise Priority programs within ETMO, defining scope, governance, and success metrics; collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives in regulated environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, risk mitigation, and benefits realization. Responsibilities include program mobilization and planning, execution leadership, governance adherence, risk/issue management, resource and financial stewardship, change management, and delivering stewardship artifacts (RAID logs, decision logs, dashboards). Requires senior-level program management expertise, strong executive communication, proficiency with PPM tools, Lean Six Sigma, and domain knowledge in NPI, Quality, Regulatory, and lifecycle management; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/projects in matrixed and/or regulated environments
- Proficiency with enterprise PPM/reporting tools (e.g., OnePlan, MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau)
- Working knowledge of process optimization (Lean/CI) and organizational change management
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments (NPI, Quality, Regulatory, Lifecycle Management)
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders
- Project Health Assessments, governance, risk management, and benefits realization experience
- Change management, adoption, and stabilization planning across large programs
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC lifecycle, and driving measurable improvements
- Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and sustained delivery
- Management consulting experience strongly preferred
