Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for Finance and Accounting program initiatives serving as the program owner and decision maker. Responsible for directing program teams, ensuring deliverables, driving financial systems improvements, tracking profitability and schedule commitments, providing status updates and mitigation plans, interfacing with departments and customers, identifying training needs, and pursuing process/tool improvements. Requires strong communication, accounting knowledge, MS Project proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to manage complex programs within a manufacturing context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or computer science
- 10+ years of related experience
- Experience in navigating the complexity of multi-plant manufacturing environment ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment across varied operations
- Project Management Certificate preferred
