Senior Program Manager – Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Oversee the established data center construction program by maintaining governance, processes, and systems while ensuring key information is shared and retained. Manage stakeholder relationships with executive leadership, general contractors, consultants, and vendors to facilitate program information flow and attend status meetings. Develop detailed program plans, delegate monthly reporting across various aspects, and prepare formal reports including executive dashboards for multiple audiences. Assist with contract management, seamless scope releases, and proposal preparation for new programs or variations, adhering to SOX controls where applicable. Maintain issues and actions logs to track completion status and close out open items.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- A thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices
- A thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
- Have the technical skills to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications and interpret construction methods
- Be able to understand and follow site HSSE Policies
- Technology competent in using the following Software: Mac OS & MS office suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- Competent user of data management software and systems for data management, analytics, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and written skills
- Experience working with Client executive leadership in prior support of data center construction programs
