Job Summary
Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional, high-impact projects within IDEX Materials Science Solutions. Responsible for coordinating activities from proposal through new product development, prototyping, and manufacturing readiness in support of semiconductor and related technologies. Drive risk management, schedule adherence, and execution of complex programs with matrixed teams, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, quality, and cost goals. Act as primary liaison with stakeholders and customers, mentor others, and foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management, and operations. The role requires experience in product development processes (PDP), agile delivery, and familiarity with ITAR/EAR considerations. Educational requirement is a BS in business, engineering, or science (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of related experience; PMI/IPMA training and strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in business, engineering or science field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years of related professional experience
- PMI / IPMA / IPMA B registered training
- Excellent knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics
- Demonstrated successful management of complex projects
- Ability to influence others to desired outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR criteria)
