Senior Program Manager, Customer Delivery

Job Summary
Own delivery end-to-end for customer deployments by building implementation plans, configuring AI agents, and tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies. Serve as the operational point of contact for all customer and partner program requests, resolving internal and external blockers while escalating with leadership when necessary. Drive adoption and retention by owning recurring meetings, reporting KPIs on call volume and performance, and surfacing expansion signals to Health Account Executives. Build and refine implementation playbooks, track owners and next steps across programs, and surface field feedback into product development. This role supports Attuned Intelligence's mission to automate patient access for community health centers using AI-powered voice agents integrated with Epic.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in program management, project coordination, consulting, customer operations, or a similar role
- Exceptional organization — you're the person on every team who makes sure details, dates, owners, and next steps do not slip
- Genuine customer instinct — you build trust with senior stakeholders, sense when something's off before it's escalated, and can steer a hard conversation to a good outcome
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable running a meeting with senior customer stakeholders and sending crisp follow-ups that keep work moving
- Power user of AI tools like Claude — we expect everyone on the team to lean on AI to move faster, draft better, and think through hard questions
- A bias toward action and ownership — you'd rather find the form, chase the owner, and move the work forward than wait for instructions
- Comfort working across teams — sales, engineering, operations, customer stakeholders, and partner teams — and translating between them
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or with healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with EHR systems, especially Epic
