Senior Program Manager, Criminal Law

Job Summary

Lead the Children and Young People's Rights Program and drive the expansion of the Youth Crime Prevention and Early Intervention Program across the state. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet client needs, manage legal operations, and coordinate systemic impact work including policy submissions and grant applications. Lead and develop a high-performing team while handling legal supervision, project work, and program budgets with limited direction from the Legal Director. This full-time role is primarily based at the Sunshine office with travel to other sites. Applicants must hold a law degree and unrestricted Practising Certificate in Victoria, with significant experience in criminal law advocacy and litigation. Apply by COB 28 August 2026.
