Senior Program Manager-COR3

Job Summary

Oversee COR3 programming for justice-involved individuals with behavioral health or substance use concerns, managing budgets, funding sources, and compliance with funder requirements. Recruit, train, and supervise direct service staff, volunteers, and interns while ensuring trauma-informed service delivery and participant eligibility certification. Monitor monthly budgets, review program documentation, and maintain statistical data within database systems like Homeless Management Information System. Coordinate scheduling for outreach activities, manage facility maintenance, and facilitate housing orientations and lease-ups. Travel regularly to field offices in Northern, Southern, and Western Colorado to support operations across the state. Full-time role with some evening and weekend coverage required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field or related experience
  • Management and/or supervisory experience
  • Experience with successful development and implementation of large projects
  • Proficiency in computer skills and related word processing, data management and web-based computer programs, specifically excel
  • At minimum, two full years of working with the homeless population; families experiencing homelessness
  • Colorado driver's license and state-mandated automobile insurance
  • Must be willing to use vehicle for service provision
  • Some evenings and weekends required
  • regular travel to field offices in Northern, Southern, and Western Colorado required
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of self or others

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with current housing market information, housing trends and available resources
  • Knowledge of people experiencing homelessness and survivors of domestic violence
  • Ability to oversee complex funding and budgeting
  • Crisis intervention skills
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of numeric reasoning ability
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong organization skills
