Job Summary
Support project management for early-stage clinical programs by tracking tasks, timelines, and budgets while developing a new matrixed Product Development Team framework. Manage project planning processes, drive execution, and lead meetings across Clinical, Preclinical, CMC, and Commercial functions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure study timelines and budgets are achieved, identify risks, and develop contingency plans. Liaise with preclinical teams to accelerate programs toward Phase I/II clinical trials and oversee annual operating expenditures and departmental expenses. This role is located in Vancouver or Bellevue, BC, with a hybrid schedule of minimum three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in a biological science
- Minimum six (6+) years of project-management experience in the bioscience industry
- Experience in multiple external partnerships and proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Broad knowledge of early-stage development of new biologics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, and ability to achieve results through other managers and people
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- This role can be located in Vancouver or Bellevue and is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite
- This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support
